It's so very soft and furry, and a good size too, without being over large. It fits my 8 year old daughter really well (see photo) and the furry, adjustable straps make it comfortable to wear. The koala design is very cute and appealing, with lovely detail to the koala's face and sweet bow decoration. The quality throughout is excellent. As a school backpack for youngsters, this would probably be a tad small as you couldn't fit anything A4 size in there, although it would easily fit a reading book, reading record, pencil case, etc. It is however, a great size for outings, especially if like my daughter, you have a youngster who takes their tablet, pens, small colouring book, toys, etc, everywhere. There's 2 zipped compartments - the main one that is accessed from the top, and a large sized front pocket. Overall it's a really delightful backpack that looks really lovely. It's a nice, wearable size for youngsters (not stupidly massive like some backpacks) and is comfortable to wear. My daughter thinks it's wonderful :)

This furry backpack features a soft plush material, with a koala face. The strap is purple, which matches the purple bow. I was expecting a mini backpack, but I would say this is half the size of an adult's backpack. It has a main compartment and a front zip with a slimline compartment. Our daughter can fit her notebook, pencils plus a book and hairbrush in it. It's bigger than expected. Well made, looks great and also very useful. Would recommend.
