It works, 100%, I have been suffering with itchy eyelids and around my eyes for about 6 months or maybe more, my doctor prescribed eye drops which didn’t work so looked for something myself. As soon as I applied the ointment it soothed my eyes, and the next day NO itchy eyes. I can’t believe something so simple to use had cured my problem.

For weeks I have been struggling with an area of dry skin on my eyelid that I have never experienced before. Over the counter creams and serums and petroleum jelly have not helped, and my eyelid has looked sore and raw. I haven't worn make up or contact lenses in case it aggravated it more. I found this cream just browsing through Amazon and the reviews gave me the confidence to give it a try. Overnight success!!!!! I wish I had taken a before and after photo because after applying the cream before I went to bed last night (and halfway through the night when I woke up briefly) I have begun the day with as good as all the redness gone. My lid is still a little swollen and there were a few flakes of dry skin this morning which I removed with an eyelid wipe that has Tea Tree Oil extract in it. This tube of cream is indeed small, but a little amount of the cream goes a long way. It feels thick but spreads easily as it is applied and personally I felt it was instantly soothing. I cannot recommend this cream highly enough and think it excellent value in view of the results I have seen. I did find it amusing though that it says avoid contact with the eyes! The ingredients are Yellow soft paraffin 80% liquid paraffin 10% and lanolin 10% and it is recommended that the cream be used within 3 months after first opening. Edit 25/4/25 So one night with two applications (23/4 ) and a few times throughout yesterday when I was able (24/4), and I applied the cream again when I went to bed last night, and I have woken up today (25/4) with clear skin on my eyelid. There is no flaking, the skin looks soft and normal. The swelling on my eyelid has gone down too. I have used eyelid wipes with tea tree oil every time to clean my eye before putting new cream on. I honestly cannot believe that after all the time and money I've thrown at this problem to find a cream that has helped me so quickly is just fabulous and I really hope you find this cream as successful.

Good for dry eyelids. Would be nice for it to be a bigger size as I seem to be going through it very quickly. I’d say start using it early -once you notice your eyelids are starting to feel dry otherwise they take longer to settle.

I was suffering with very dry tight eyelids with eczema at the start of winter and tried so many different creams that didn’t work. Put this on and within 3 days my eyes were back to normal! Can’t recommend enough, don’t think twice about purchasing this you won’t regret it. I will continue to use to product as a part of my skincare routine going forward! 5***

I should’ve read the details more carefully as this is basically Vaseline with added lanolin. When I suddenly got a patch of eczema on my eyelid I’d initially tried some Vaseline that I already had, and it was helping so I should’ve just stuck with it but I panicked and bought this thinking a specialist product would be better. Since it turned out to be virtually the same I carried on with the Vaseline and the eczema cleared up. Maybe the Epimax helped a little, who knows. I’m now using it up as a lip balm.

Used this ointment to treat itchy and sore patch of eczema on my eyelid. It took several applications a day for 3 to 4 days, but it eventually worked. When it's flared up before, I've had to use prescribed steroid cream.

Id tried everything for dry, itchy upper eye lid and under eye, id even developed wrinkles from rubbing too much. I Tried aquious cream, even steriods, doc did nothing until A mate recomended this. Its taken a week or two but i had instant relief from the itching, eyes are looking so much better now. Use frequently as required.

Really good cream I had such sore eyelids nothing was helping till I used this product and after a few days the redness went down and eyelids felt comfortable again.
