Helps any dancer from novice to professional!
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my best friend’s 9 year old daughter. She takes dancing lessons for ballet and tap....she opened the box and started practicing right away! This will definitely help her with balance and correct positions. She couldn’t wait to take it to class and show her dance instructor!
