Just right for our kitties. We have one that drinks and manages to sprinkle water all around the bowl. This mat absorbs quickly and wipes clean in an instant. Just the right size and the pattern is cute.

Lovely mat for dog water. Keeps area neat and helped my old dog drink without bowl skidding across the floor.

This splash mat is perfect. It matches my kitchen colors perfectly. It’s nice and absorbent perfect size not too big not too small. And most importantly, my dog is eating again. I think she is developing dementia and she would not eat off of the old Matt I think due to the colors or maybe the texture but this one she has no problem with.

It works out well. No messes.

We bought to put under our cat's water and food bowls because two of the cats things the bowl is for swimming! OR washing their paws! The mat does a fantastic job of protecting the floor and water retention. Any spills are absorbed quickly. It lays flat without any issues. Is also very soft and cushy vs being a hard plastic feel. So far it's been very durable even with little claws all over it. Great value for the money.
