Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Used Product Sent Twice
I ordered the Webley educational laptop expecting a good product for my child, but very disappointed with the experience. The first unit they sent was clearly used — it had scratches and signs of previous use. I returned it, hoping for a better replacement. But the second one I received is not even working properly. This is not acceptable, especially for a product meant for kids. Quality control needs serious improvement. Not recommended.
