I was looking for some reading glasses particularly for wok on the computer. With single vision it was a a compromise between reading the screen or the keyboard and paperwork on the desk. These glasses solved that. I was very impressed with the quality. They seem we made and the spring hinges make for ir a comfortable fit. I can definitely recommend them.

Work well but field of vision limited compared to normal glasses so would not use for driving. Take a little bit of getting used to as you have to focus by moving eyes up and down, but much easier than changing glasses. There is no change I magnification side to side. Good vfm.

I have prescription Varifocal readers that don’t interfere with my distance vision, these do because although the magnifation does reduce in the upper part of the lens , it is still very noticeable and distorts even quite near vision such as TV.

These didn’t work at all for me. The frames felt flimsy, and the distance lens was completely ineffective - everything stayed blurry, so I had to take them off to see properly. The reading part wasn’t much better. I had to tilt my head at an awkward angle just to get things sort of in focus, which didn’t feel natural or comfortable ... and it was still difficult to read! Overall, a really disappointing product. Although they are cheap, they were not worth the cost at all.

Had I ordered the next level up they would have been perfect, you can notice the difference looking through the various lens sections, caused a headache at first but I guess they act more like varifocals which can take some getting used to

I need 1.0 or 1.5 for my computer screen and 2.5 for reading close to. I don't need anything for distance vision. I'm fed up of swapping glasses so I bought these at 2.25 which according to the description should be 1.125 at the top. Putting them on I can't focus on my computer screen through the top of them, only when I look out the window. So the top is not half the bottom. The bottom works for reading OK so that is about 2.5. There is the weird distortion at the sides that I presume comes with all variable focus glasses. I'm returning them as not specified. They may work for someone who watches the TV and reads but if you don't need anything for distance vision you may as well have half moon or bifocal glasses.
