A must buy for long haul flights!
I bought this for a trip to Japan 2 months ago and this made the long-haul flights so much more bearable!! First of all, it’s very small and light weight so doesn’t take up a lot of room in my personal bag. It’s also comfortable around my face and definitely kept my eyes covered. But the best part about it is how it let me sleep comfortably! It kept my head in place so that I wasn’t wobbling all around my seat. The key is to give the straps a very tiny bit of slack so your neck can be slightly bent and you don’t have to feel like your head is bolted to the headrest, but at the same time you are sitting still. This allowed me to sleep somewhere between 4-6 hours CONTINUOUSLY during each flight. I even almost missed a meal from how good I was sleeping! Best travel buy ever!!

Great fit, and comfortable on my long flight.
My wife and I loved these. I was a little uncertain at first on of they would work. But with the small incline of the seat and with the eye mask, it worked perfectly. Usually I'm unable to sleep well on a plane, but with this I was not only able to sleep on my long flight to France, but I didn't kink my neck like I usually do. Highly recommend for anyone that doesn't like to use neck pillows and needs a little sleep on a long flight. Setup was simple as well and effective, the velcro holds up well and secure. It's worth the cost of you are on the fence. Just buy it.

Great for long haul or red eyes
This made me actually sleep on the plane! Great for long haul. It worked on the delta flights since it had those pillows to attach it to. I will say, after a while, your nose starts to get a little sore, since your head naturally wants to hang down when you sleep upright and this eyemask keeps your head up - which is great and the reason i was able to fall asleep at all - but, you notice the weight on your nose after a little bit, feels like you had some weight on it. I also like that it’s «3D», it didn’t flatten out my eyelash extensions. Would recommend!

Miracle must-have gadget for long flights!
Ok - I got this on a whim, thinking I probably wouldn’t use it, as it really looks funny. Boy, was I wrong. This thing was a lifesaver for me on a delayed flight home late at night. I started to fall asleep with my head bobbing all over when I remembered this handy gadget. I strapped it onto the airline seat easily, Velcro-strapped the eye mask to it, and I slept so comfortably upright it shocked me. No cramped neck, no head bobbing, and the eye mask was very comfortable, soft and blocked out the light really well. I had no idea the lights turned on before we were going to land, it blocked the light very well. It also helps block out some noise, as it goes over your ears, too… I had my AirPods in, and it was perfectly comfortable, Did it look funny strapping my head to a seat? Maybe. But did anyone - including me - care? Not a bit. I bet many people wished they had one of these, actually, as I soundly slept for the first time on a flight EVER. I will DEFINITELY use this on overnight long international flights, as well… no more silly neck pillows for me! I’m completely sold on this handy gadget - highly recommend!

A MUST for long flights
I love love love this head strap!! I have previously taken longer (9hr) flights with varying neck pillows, and every time my head never felt supported. I'd wake up from a nap, and my head and neck were in pain. I feel it in my shoulders and sometimes down my back. It's awful!! This was easy to install. I always did it right when we got on the plane, and strapped in once we got in the air. It is a couple of buckles away from being attached to your headrest. It only takes a minute. I didn't have any problems with flight attendants asking me to take it off, either. The eye mask attaches with surprisingly strong Velcro. I tested it before we left, and let me tell you, you will not break free while you sleep. Because of the velcro attachment on the face mask, the sleeping positions and size are flexible. I have about 21in head diameter, and there was plenty of room to expand. I like how the eyemask has foam padding on the edges to give space around your eyes. The other thing that the eye mask does well is block out light. I was able to get it pitch black almost every time. With the head strap, you can sleep comfortably with great posture and no worry. I felt as rested as if I slept in my own bed.

10/10
I had a 14 hour flight to Thailand so I got these and it’s 10/10. I got so much rest, way more than expected, dare I say 8 hours?! They are comfortable with quality material thats soft. This is a game changer.. (even if you’re in a middle seat).

Does work but there are some considerations...
I'm giving 3 stars but that doesn't necessarily mean it will be 3 stars for everyone. I am 5'5" so my head only reaches up to the pillow that this connects to if I sit up as straight as possible which is already an uncomfortable position to sit in for extended periods on a plane. I tried reclining but then my head didn't go high enough at all so perfectly straight up it was. I imagine a similar issue would arise for anyone who is really tall. If your head naturally lands exactly where that pillow is then this mask could be perfect. I tested this on a 3.5hr redeye. I was already tired so I did fall asleep hard. I'd say I woke up with less neck pain than many other plane sleep aids I've tried. However, I now have lots of indents on my face from the pressure of the mask and they are pretty deep so it's taking a while for them to go away. I'm just sitting in the lounge looking a little deformed while I await my next flight. The indents are inevitable unless you are perhaps that perfect height I mentioned before. At my height I had to make the mask fairly tight to make sure I didn't slump in my seat as I drifted off. Plus as my head naturally attempted to flop, the mask would catch me and therefore cause extra pressure on certain points. Pros: It is blackout dark with this thing on. I almost forgot where I was when I woke up. Kind of a sensory deprivation type thing. I did sleep really hard with it on and felt like I avoided that constant need to reposition throughout the flight. It's pretty easy to install on a standard non-first Delta seat. I hadn't tested it on my car before flying and I had it hooked up in about 30 secs. Verdict: Overall it does what it is supposed to do it just requires an ideal height and will leave you looking weird for at least an hour afterward. I doubt I would use this on a business trip when I have to see coworkers or clients soon after landing just for the indent issues alone. Heading home without a layover, sure I'd use it again especially on a longer redeye. It's past the return date now so I'm adding it to my growing selection of travel sleep aids for trips when it's the appropriate choice.

Helpful for Long Flights, but Not the Most Comfortable for All Travelers
I used this SARISUN travel pillow on our long flights to and from Japan, and it definitely helped keep my head in place. The head strap prevents the “bobblehead” effect, which made it easier to rest without constantly waking up. There are a few drawbacks, though. The eye mask became uncomfortable after wearing it for a while, and the strap adjusts with Velcro — which is loud if you need to tighten or loosen it while people around you are asleep. It also doesn’t adjust well for different heights, so if your airplane seat doesn’t move up or down, it may not line up correctly for everyone. Overall, I’ll continue to use it for long flights because it does help with head support, but it’s not the most comfortable option for the entire flight. Pros: • Keeps your head in place • Helpful for long flights • Prevents “bobblehead” movement • Comes with an eye mask Cons: • Eye mask gets uncomfortable over time • Velcro adjustment is loud • Doesn’t adjust well for different heights • Position depends on whether the airplane seat can adjust
