Really Big!
I think these will keep your feet dry: we got them to deal with possible aqua alta in Venice, and we used them the last day we were there. We were running madly for the boat, and these things are so big, they were just twisting around and flapping like duck feet. I guess if you are not running in them, and buy them one size smaller than you think you need, you should be okay...
