Unplugged the old broken unit and plugged in the new unit, without having to extract the back part.
Fit in the spot where the broken unit was.Worked as good as the old unit.

Great Quality, Great Fit
I had a 30-year-old inlet that finally failed. Inlet door clip to the hinge pin broke. This replacement was more than I needed. The in-wall fitting I'll save for another day. The new inlet door was a perfect fit for my existing in-wall inlet fitting. The quality is as good or better than the original (Nutone). No issues with the powered Electrolux hose. Everything worked as it should. My system has 6 inlets. I plan to replace the inlet doors on the remaining 5 with these. Highly recommend,

It worked well but had more parts than I needed. Had to figure out how to install it as there weren't clear instructions.

Exactly what we needed
Our central vac was super hard to plug into one outlet . Not being very mechanical, we searched many websites to find something that looked like what we had and found this on Amazon. It was easy to install and it works perfectly!
