Maine Aquaguard Pre-Filter Assembly install kiya aur ye kaam to acha karta hai — water particles filter ho jaate hain aur RO ki life thodi lambi hoti hai. Lekin installation thoda tricky tha, connectors perfectly fit nahi hue. Plastic build thodi flimsy lagti hai aur minor leakage ka chance hai. Overall, genuine product hai aur RO ke liye useful, par fit aur quality check karna zaroori hai.

I purchased the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Pre-Filter Assembly just three months ago with high hopes of improving the water quality in my home. Unfortunately, this product has been a complete disappointment on multiple fronts. Firstly, the assembly claims to be compatible with all RO water purifiers and boasts about removing suspended particles effectively. However, its performance fell drastically short of expectations. Within a few weeks of installation, the head of the assembly started leaking under normal water pressure conditions. This not only compromised the efficiency of my water purifier but also led to unnecessary water wastage. To exacerbate matters, when I reached out to Eureka Forbes regarding the issue, I was shocked to find out that the warranty documentation was not provided with the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive any response or resolution regarding the warranty claim. The build quality of the assembly is another major concern. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy, which is clearly not durable enough to withstand regular use over time. The supposed lifespan of 6000 liters is questionable, considering the premature failure I experienced within just a few months. In conclusion, the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Pre-Filter Assembly has been a regrettable purchase. It failed miserably in terms of quality, reliability, and customer service. I would strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this product unless they want to deal with leaks, poor build quality, and non-existent warranty support.

When I ordered the Euraka Forbes water filter unit, the pre filter came as a suggestion on Amazon website . But when I ordered the suggested pre filter ,the tech who came to fix the unit and pre filter, says the prefilter sent is not exactly matching to the filtering unit purchased. He said the connectors supplied with pre filter did not fit the water filteration system. I was very disappointed as whether the suggested pre filter unit from Amazon was wrong or the tech was trying to milk some cash out of me. Either way these small instances will bring huge damage to both the brand and to Amazon. The techs have their own interest. This needs to be rectified at techs end to treat the customer with utmost care. Otherwise brand will start loosing its name and business.
