CVLIFE 1500 Lumens Pistol Flashlight Magnetic Rechargeable, Gun Light for Pistol with Quick Install Adjustable Rail, Picatinny Flashlight with Strobe Function

For $40, this light is a steal! I own a Streamlight TLR-H1 for comparison, and the CVLIFE light is just as bright (if not brighter) with a very similar throw. The CVLIFE light is also rechargeable whereas the TLR-H1 isn't. The CVLIFE does use a magnetic charger rather than Type-C, but that's not a problem for me. The light does feel durable (works fine after light drops), and I appreciate that the battery does not drain to zero after not using it for a while like how my other budget flashlights do. Also, I like the quick release lever on the CVLIFE better than the clamp screw on the TLR-H1. One thing the TLR-H1 does better is the light toggle switch is a bit more responsive. The CVLIFE has a very short delay, but these are millisecond differences which is not a big deal. The best part about the CVLIFE light is it is only $40 whereas the TLR-1 is $160+!

I initially had a negative review up of this light but figured out, I was at fault. First and foremost this light is incredibly bright and so much so just the brightness alone disorients you. The strobe function is even stronger. I wish the activation buttons were slightly harder to press as I turn this light on by accident, all the time. My initial issue was that the flashlight would not stay on the rail and easily came off. I have since realized there is an adjustable bar on the underside of the flashlight and can be moved. This is what sits in between each rail to hold it in place. Now that I have that figured out the light has not fallen off once.

Fits on the under barrel, Picatinny rail as advertised, the laser seems to hold zero fairly well, though the easy release mounting system is slightly wobbly when tightly engaged. The light seems as bright as advertised, though I don’t have a meter to evaluate actual output. For the price it’s a fair deal. Too early to tell longevity, I had a red dot from them fail miserably with just use on a 9 mm, it just fell apart with bad glowing no abnormal bumps. That soured me on the red dots but this light so far has held up well.

Excellent purchase! Great value for the price. Compared to similar items that can cost more than twice this price - this is an outstanding purchase. The light is bright and the green laser looks fantastic. Easy to install and very satisfied with the purchase.

Good light duty light. Easily transferable between my nightstand handguns. Not used for edc. Just a quick mount light for multiple nightstand guns. Magnetic charging is a plus. Can charge on or off the firearm. May activate if used in a soft shell light duty holster. Overall a good light that works if needed.

Great for the price of a nightstand gun. My biggest problem is the bulb gets extremely hot if left on. So if it gets pushed on by accident and left not sure what would happen but probably not good. Saw a comment about issues with size but it’s equivalent to a Surefire. It is very bright. The ease of recharging is great. If it falls off after three rounds that’s on the user. Work with the latch and screw to get it right.
