I like these but I keep forgetting to take them, they are very good though.

Low dose
Low dose. It’s advertised as 500mg, but this total magnesium. Elemental magnesium is only 70mg per capsule. You will need at least 4 capsules per day to get approx. 74% of RDA. The recommended dose on the bottle is two capsules, way too low for me. I only bought this as my usual brand was out of stock, won’t buy it again. Seems good quality but not very economical.

when i use these my sleep is deep and continous, even if i have to get up then i can get back to sleep very quickly. my whole family uses it now!
