Royal Canin Dog Food Poodle 30 Dry Mix 1.5kg

My toy poodle is fussy but she enjoys this food, and I must admit, that the thinking behind this food is fairly simple, not all dogs needs are the same. What kibble suits a 5lb adult toy poodle would not be suitable fodder for a growing German shepherd dog. This is why breed specific food is a very useful idea and all the nuggets get eaten without boredom taking over , as that is just our human reasoning, a dog goes to its dish cos it HAS to eat and seeing the same food and water every day is the best he expects, and the best you can for your dog, he or she doesn't require treats and/or different daily morsels, no extra flavours are necessary to the canine ,this is a complete dog food, and it is a good quality digestible food as well. There are extra elements that breeds of dog need, for example, the German shepherd kibble has a junior version and gives the younger animal extra joint protection and helps the pup achieve its adult weight by giving the correct amount of nutrients. The adult poodle food for example, supports a healthy eye structure and gives the antioxidants required for optimum health, and prevents tartar on the teeth , a particular trouble with the smaller poodles. My poodle is a healthy weight she is a neutered adult and I switched to this food "just to test it" and now to be honest, I would tell people with pedigreed dogs to see how they get on with "breed specific" dry kibble. Of course, it is perfectly reasonable to feed a poodle crossbreed (or ANY dog this food), is it geared up for the poodle diet, but nothing detrimental will occur should your ordinary non pedigree, or a.n. other pooch want some! On this food alone my dog has never had any sickness and/or the runs ,never has wind, never sits and scratches her coat, so no flaky skin. Waste at the other end is minimal and to be honest it has virtually zero pong, sorry too much info but it does keep the intestines healthy, and also her coat is very glossy and she has not had any pesky matts that seem to fur up between brushing , so the coat seems more buoyant and soft. Devised by vets ,so your dog is in the best of hands with this food.

My toy poodles love this food. This food is one of the best made animal foods you can buy and recommended by so many vets. It is especially formulated by canine specialists and has no "chaff" in it. Small kibble is easy to munch. It is also the perfect recipe for my poodle's digestion. it is formulated for prevention of tartar build up on teeth and to help witha good coat and improves my dogs energy levels. I will continue to buy this as I can see the benefit in my doggies health.

I have a 2 year old Westiepoo who loves this food. Buying in here is cheaper than pet shop.

My apricote toy poodle looks exactly like the one on the package. She is a very picky eater.. very very picky. She enjoys this poodle food, she has finished the 1.5kg package in 2 weeks. I didn't have to mix them up with jelly and she just ate them straightaway. I didn't re-order because I'm afraid she will get bored soon, but will def order again in a month's time. One suggestion - it would be great to have package for 2kg - 4kg. At the moment only see 1.5kg and 7.5kg on the market, which are a bit extreme in our case.

it's pricy but the fusspot likes it , many a high priced dried food has not passed this hurdle , I'm not sure about the claims about the foods being specially developed for your particular breed - i bought cocker spaniel and poodle blends for my cockapoo ( sad I know !) but the important thing is that she likes it , the Fusspot is blind so smell is very important to her , it doesn't matter how much you spend on food if she doesn't like the smell of it, it fails before she even tastes it .

Excellent product but questionable pricing.

Prodotto arrivato in anticipo (cosa molto positiva). Lo consiglio vivamente in quanto il risparmio è assicurato. Ad un normale centro commerciale ti vendono il sacchetto da 1,5 kg a quasi 20 euro. Comprandolo da Amazon spendi 60 euro e ti arriva il sacchetto da 7,5 kg. In proporzione spendi la metà. E, con il fatto che un barboncino non mangia quanto un pastore tedesco, compri questo e ci vai avanti per mesi.

This is a good dry food for poodle... i have a toy poodle n he loves this.. I can't yet comment on the effect which i will do later after three months of use

My dog is very fussy. But she happily eats this kibble.
