this is good for cleaning stairs, rugs, stains etc, it’s possible to clean a whole carpet with this but will take a while of course due to the size. The size of the machine makes it able to sit on the stairs while you’re cleaning them which is good and is also easy to store away. This removed some stains from my carpet which had been there for years so I’m very happy with that.. I’d say the suction is pretty good, as long as you’re holding the nozzle correctly and are quite thorough then your carpet should be left just a bit damp and should be dry by the end of the day if you’ve cleaned it in the morning. One thing I would note is that when you’re using the machine and possibly twisting the nozzle/tube without realising, the tube can become unscrewed from the nozzle and a bit hard to put back on (I thought it was broken at first) so be aware of that. I used this with the Vax spot cleaner carpet solution which worked well. Overall a good machine for the price 👍🏼👍🏼

Ok so, first things first. Two things. It does not come with solution so remember to buy some. The set up instructions are backwards. I have poor eyesight so I went by the pictures and the pictures were wrong. It shows a pic of them filling the right hand side tank (tank to the right of the logo) with water and the solution. I did this and flooded the machine. Anywho, the smaller tank is the one you fill, if anyone is an idiot like me, on the left. NOW even tho I flooded the machine, it ran so perfectly. Once I set it up properly, I used it for what I got it for, my mattress. My husband is blue collar and comes home sometimes at 3am COVERED in grease, dirt, muck and wood splinters (?) so he doesnt shower before bed on these days obviously. I had issues with hand scrubbing to get the grease out and couldnt, using upholstery cleaner, using dish soap, literally everything. I put some solution onto the mattress, sprayed with water, let it sit for a few and then scrubbed it in with the bristles on this machine. Let me tell you, the mattress was pure black/dark grey on one side and it is SO new looking now. I have a mattress soup video that is so gross but it is an amazing little machine. I used to have a Bissel.Spot Pro (was about 190 in cost at the time) and it genuinely doesnt compare. Id buy this over that one in a heart beat. For the price, it also feels sturdy. It looks quite nice. It also looks more expensive and fancier than it really is, could easily pass for over 100. Light weight, very effective. The hose is also fairly long, longer than other models Ive used which makes it easier to use. The electric cable is also super long. It is 'loud' too but again, quieter than other models. It will never be a quiet piece of machinery given the task it does, but this is quieter than most. I cant recommend enough!

A new puppy and resident older dog had taken its toll but the cost to professionally clean rugs often outweighs their original purchase price. I don't have a lot of carpet so was looking for somethung that would clean a few rugs and modest amount of stair carpet. It is early days but so far I am happy with this purchase. It came neatly packaged in a sturdy box. Others have mentioned the ease of assembly and I would agree (although the bracket meant to retain the hose against the machine when not in use was missing. Not a big deal for me as I am storing the machine in its original box for now). Set up is simple and I had it working in a few minutes. The tank design is a step up from machines I have had in the past especially when it comes to cleaning. The tanks and the tools come apart for cleaning and snap back together easily when cleaing is done. It removed several puppy pee stains from my wool rug and dealt easily with mud spotting. The only grumble (and maybe this is down to me not understanding what I had bought ) but you cannot use the machine with carpet shampoo, only plain water. So stains do require spot treating and if you (like me) were expecting to get the pleasent scent associated with freshly washed carpet, this element is missing. I might have given 5 stars if it were not for this as somehow I felt a bit cheated out of this small pleasure. However, this does get the job done. Rugs came up clean and were left acceptably dry. I like it enough to keep it is ready for frequent use.

Very good product . A life saver . Good value for money . I have a Ford St3 2016 and last week I ve noticed a water leak on the rear passenger , under the carpet . I ve read lots of strategies how to remove the water from under the carpet , and buying this carpet cleaner was the most effective , fast snd cheap way to do it untill I fix the leak in the car . I was also under pressure because there are lots of electric wires under the carpet which I don t know . Good water suction , it does the job .

Bought March 2024, only used a few times and unfortunately it stopped spraying a couple of weeks ago, and noticed the hose was split as well. Got in touch and immediately had a response. They sent me a pre paid label so I could drop off with DPD. Less than a week later they sent me a brand new replacement, I expected they would just repair. Hopefully they do repair the old one rather than just landfill. Overall the customer service was superb, and easy unlike many companies. It's a very good bit of equipment, easy to use and folds away nicely. Highly recommend.

Better than expected! Easy to put together & use. Easy to fill and empty after use. Has worked really well on both carpet areas and my sofa, Would recommend to anyone.

All I can say is WOW it cleaned my rug so good and even got some sublimation ink out as some splattered, I wasn’t expecting this to do much but it’s honestly brilliant. I’d recommend all day long. The photos are before and after but will be going over it a few move times but it already looks so much better the only problem their is,is that when you empty the left over water out the fresh water part and ring out it’s pretty hard to empty it the dirty water/cleaning solution out of the little hole where you fill it in :(
