Small, looks good and Easy to use
This steamer / iron is very elegant looking and small in size. Water is easy to fill. The package contains a measuring cup and 1 extra set of water pipe and nozzle to fit in a normal bisleri if you want. Just press once after the water warms up and move over the cloth. Has two attachments - one for delicate clothes and another for soft toys , cushions etc. I used it on my son's uniform and they were wrinkle free in seconds ...can be used horizontally and vertically

Product is good but customer care is pathetic
We can't use the product for a long time ( 2 wk) after delivered. Because the manual is not user friendly and the customer care was very very bad .

Removes crease instantly
Writing a review after 2 months of usage. The steamer is really efficient. It removes creases/crushing from the clothes instantly. The only discomfort is you've to hang the clothes before steaming which is understandable as steaming has to be done vertically
