I have bought these a couple times for my family and they are easy to swallow and are a good value.

I like these mini vitamins because regular ones hurt my tummy or make me dizzy! These are perfect.

A good value for a sensible supplement. Hard to find these at times.

I have to say that I really like the size of these tablets. They are really more of a caplet, similar to ones from One-A-Day, except that you only have to take one, instead of their 2/day. I've only been taking them for two days, but I'm going to assume they will be effective.

Highly recommend these vitamins

These Mason Natural mini multi vitamins are a great value. The tablets are easy to swallow and they don't leave a bad aftertaste. I have been taking these for a few months now and do recommend them for those who can't take larger pills or who can detect an unpleasant taste of vitamins well after taking them. These have not caused any stomach issues or other side effects.

I did a lot of research looking at reviews and so forth on multivitamins before I made this purchase. The previous one I had been using was no longer being made. What I do like about these as well as my previous ones, is that it is a multivitamin with not a whole bunch of vitamins(pretty just straight forward basic ones). I take other supplements and don't want to take too much of something and this fits the bill. I also like that it has 365 which is essentially a year worth (I wish more vitamins did this because nothing ever runs out at the same time). These vitamins definitely have a strong vitaminy aroma. I am okay with this but after having one, they have the most horrible taste. I dread taking my vitamins and sort of have to prep myself to taking these. So, it got me thinking to look at the ingredients. I found it very interesting that these are using yellow #5 as their coloring agent. Why would a vitamin that is supposed to be good for you use something that is being viewed as bad for us even though it is approved by FDA. Other countries I think put labels in regard to usage of yellow#5 and this bottle didn't have one that I could see. I guess I wonder why instead of using yellow #5 could we not use turmeric as a coloring agent?
