Deep port will still work
I bought this product only going off the belt grooves for fitment. Other similar parts were asking how deep the ports were. This part I ordered had deeper ports then what came out of the car but still fit and worked for my customers 1998 Maxima GLE 3.0

Can get a defect in any part you buy.
Installed the compressor months after delivered due to weather. Has been on truck about 4 months and now leaking between body halves. Verified by freon dye and leak detector. Casting in o ring seal area not a good surface, lucky it did not seem to leak in that area.
