Cinnabon flavor taste so good.

The taste was awful, and the consistency was unbearable. Ghost does brilliant flavours but this is not it. Definitely go for another flavour first.

I love Ghost Vegan Protein. It’s by far the best protein powder I’ve ever had. All there vegan flavours are great.

I have a lot of stomach issues so finding something that’s works for me has proved to be challenging; however, Ghost Vegan is easy on my stomach and easier to digest. The quality is great in my opinion. It tastes good and no funky after taste. Great value for the cost.

I was uncertain after reading some of the reviews but I really enjoy this protein (Cinnabon flavor). I enjoyed it mixed with almond milk alone, and with a frozen banana and almond milk (I also plan to try with pumpkin puree as another reviewer mentioned, once I go to the store). Not gritty and mixes well, smells good too. Tastes kind of like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. A bit expensive compared to other plant based protein options (Rule 1 is my regular/favorite other brand), so I’ll likely use something else in my daily smoothies and enjoy this more as a treat. I may try some other flavors in future but reviews seem to be widely mixed which makes me somewhat nervous with the price point - I wish there was a sampler pack to test the flavors.
