After just 1 packet my bowels are MOVING! I didn’t feel any cramping at all which is good. For the amount of 💩 I’ve already released with just 1 packet it’s clear that this product was worth the purchase.

I bought this product to help detox and eliminate water weight while I'm on my health and fitness journey. Prior to using this I have been working out regularly, eating healthy and drinking 8-10 glasses of water and day. I've only taken it one day and I will never take it again. I've experienced excruciating cramps and diarrhea that is nothing but water. I feel weak and dehydrated but each time I drink more water it comes out within an hour as diarrhea. No stools. I read that diarrhea that comes out as straight water is typically due to you taking some sort of laxative and if it persists to seek a doctor. If this continues I may have to go to urgent care for dehydration. So disappointing because I was really excited to try this.

Taste great not too sweet and I will be purchasing again.

Smh the bag is the same size as both my hands together. Probably want order another bag, 4sure appreciate the fast service thank u. Not a bad review just my opinion that's all im saying find out for yourself.
