I like the pull out. Very easy to set up. Just plug In and set your timer and heat. Functionally is simple. Heats up fast. Very durable. Highly recommend this machine. The bigger machine is the one to go with. You will regret getting the smaller one.

I love the versatility of this heat press. You have the option to use the pull out drawer to place your items and not risk getting burned by the top plate. The seller is the most amazing to work with. I had an issue with my heat press and the seller went above and beyond the call of duty to provide a resolution. 5 stars to the seller for outstanding customer service and 5 stars for the product and its performance.

I've owned at least 5 different heat presses and this is by far the best. The only small issue we had with it was that the handle on the bottom plate does easily come off after a lot of use. We fixed it by unsrewing the bolts and putting big washers behind the heads of them. It solved the problem but it wasnt a big deal at all. We actually bought 2 of them and these are our main presses at the moment.

Item felt sturdy, I thought it would be great, but right away issues. The booklet is simple, but does not explain to a new user what different lights are for, (“out”, TM”). Ultimately end result is the timer did not work, it would not count down. As nice as this looks, it caused a loss of money, and very frustrated day.
