It's not even a pillow, it's so thin and empty to the level that I thought it's just a pillow cover!. Zero firmness and doesn't look anything like the photos!

I was in dire need of a new pillow due to years of dealing with chronic shoulder and back pain. I looked into a few much more expensive adjustable options here on Amazon and decided on this one for its versatility, having two sides with different heights, since I already knew which height I was comfortable sleeping on with my last pillow. A few nights in and so far I’m impressed. This pillow is VERY soft and comfortable, much more so than my last fancy pillow. I like that can flip it around through the night based on which side I’m sleeping on (I’m strictly a side sleeper and my chronic pain is centralized on my left side so this really helps!) and I’m waking up in less pain now! Great value, great warranty, great product for me. Buy one already if you’re in pain and in need of a good nights sleep!
