Missing Piece
I ordered a 2 pack of puzzles and one, called Garden Chat, was missing a piece - which ruins the puzzle after all the time & effort put into it.The puzzles arrived very well packaged in nice, sturdy boxes with a picture of the puzzle on the box, with a bigger picture to go by inside the box & in a timely manner. The puzzles were beautiful & challenging! Had all of the pieces been there, it would’ve been five stars. It was also a good price for 2 puzzles. I hope I can get at least the piece replaced so that I may finally finish the puzzle.

Nice looking puzzle, but puzzle cutting was not done well
Update to my original review. The lightning puzzle was terrible. Halfway through I found two pieces missing and one piece had one of the stubs sliced off, not to be found. As I completed the puzzle there were complete sections of 20 pieces that did not fit anywhere. And I tore pieces away to try to work the puzzle. But they did not fit. Terrible cutting, pieces were warped. The entire puzzle leaned away from my puzzle board table. Will never purchase from this company/seller again. The sunset puzzle is beautiful, however there were several pieces that were not cut all the way through and upon separating them the paper on the bottom ripped and or split from the piece. The second puzzle, the lightning, there were huge sections of the puzzle that were not separated and upon separating the bottom of the puzzle pieces ripped. There was also a piece that was singular but is missing one of the puzzle ends.
