This tea really works! The peppermint flavor makes it soothing and easy to drink, and it’s much gentler on the stomach than a lot of other options. It usually kicks in overnight like it says, and it’s helpful for occasional constipation without causing harsh cramping. The big pack is great if you use it regularly, and the organic ingredients are a nice bonus. Reliable, effective, and tastes good too!
