My wooden shed stairs were rotting after 12 years. I don't expect I'll have to replace these though. Good looking and sturdy. It did take some time to assemble and I had a really hard time lining up the last 2 screws, so don't tighten everything up until you have the last screw in. I had to get some help moving it to the shed, so assemble in the area of final use so you don't have to move it too far. We'll see how it holds up to the 100+ degree Texas heat this summer. I think it will be fine.

I waited until my hot tub arrived to decide if I needed two or three steps; I think most hot tubs only need two. The steps arrived very well packaged and on time. The instructions were mostly drawings, but helpful. I didn't tighten any of the screws all the way. At the next to last step, I realized that one threaded hole wouldn't line up. I initiated a return, took the steps apart and repackaged it. I received a replacement package, and that one went together better. The steps are solid; I placed them on a thin, carpeted mat so they don't slide on wet, stamped concrete. I'm happy with my purchase.

I would buy these stairs again. They are beautiful and high quality! The only reason I took away a star was because of the assembly instructions. No sticker labels on the pieces, so you have to figure it out from the pictures on the instructions. Instructions could be more clear.

These stairs are really great quality, sturdy and perfect for getting in and out of our spa. Great color, too. However, the directions were terrible. We had to figure out on our own how to put them together. Which was not too hard.

I ordered this product to replace an old set of wooden steps. This product is made of the same material my deck is, and it's very sturdy and heavy (in a good way). It won't blow away on windy days, it won't wobble when you step on it, it won't rot from rain. It should last indefinitely. It does take a while to screw all of the screws in, especially those in tight quarters, but they provide all of the tools you'll need (just an Allen wrench and a wrench). I had contact with their customer service for a question I had and they couldn't have been more responsive. They even answered my question on Christmas Eve, not something I would have expected. I would definitely buy this product again, but I won't need to because it's built to last.

Arrived yesterday & put them together using the tools provided & their instructions. These are sooo sturdy & look good. The materials are good, the steps are very stable. They will be a great addition to our pool/spa area. Exactly what we hoped for. We’d highly recommend these to others for many different uses. The gray color matches perfectly! Great job guys!

These steps are great, very sturdy and were easy to put together. The only negative is not very good pictures in the instructions..

It feels sturdy and strong. However it was not easy to assemble as 3 of the holes did not align so we did not include the 3 screws. Too difficult to take apart to return so will test it first
