When I purchased my 2019 Mercedes benz sprinter 2500 4x4. MBZ Had replaced the oil Dipstick With A computer Sensor unit to tell the Driver the oil Level. That Really Doesn't Work well. So I purchased a Dipstick for a 2018 MBZ SPRINTER. Check the Dipstick tube for Distance and accuracy, and now I can Check the oil ,the old reliable way and fast .So yes ,always check ,FIT ,FORM,FUNCTION. To be sure what you're doing is Correct.

It does not fit well in my 2009 Mini Cooper, it works well checking the oil level but it is too tall and rubbing against the underside of the hood.🙁

I was pretty sure I did exactly max on oil, but digital bar says max even if you overfill, so I bought this to always verify. Fits perfectly, and looks like it reads accurate too. Plus now I don’t have to wait 5 minutes everytime I pop the hood to check oil. warm up the engine for a few minutes, be on flat ground and wait 2 more minutes engine off to check oil - stupidest thing Audi, BMW, and others have done.

It looks well made and sure it would last a long life but unfortunately the item did not fit. I purchased the item because in the description it stated that it would fit my car

It was too long and stuck out if my honda crv. My old one is rusty and smells or gas so I needed a new one. Amazon said it would fit my car and it did not.

Installed on my 2015 Audi A6 Quattro and is a perfect fit and now I can manually check the oil on the A6 without having to Go into the car settings. Much faster and I think more reliable.

It's a bit difficult to tell if this dipstick is any good, because it never arrived. Judging from the other reviews, something strange is going on with replacement dipsticks. The old one is yellow plastic, which has discolored to the point where it's almost impossible to see what the oil level is. I might have to resort to a junkyard to actually get the proper replacement.
