simplehuman retro pedal bin (4.5 litre, white steel)

We bought this bin to fit our new vintage style bathroom. Original I am not sure when need to pay more money if you can buy much cheaper one in Ikea. Then the bin arrived, it is well packed with good protection. The metal is strong, good quality. The pedal structure is nice and sturdy. I think this is the product worth the value and looks fantastic in everybody's home.

It arrived swiftly and in good order. Great colour. Up to now It works fine to, pedal etc. Really like it. We use it in our kitchen for the fruit and vegetable waste. It is placed next to our big bright red Brabantia bin. I couldn't find a small red bin from Brabantia but they actually go very well together.

This is a lovely looking retro bin that sits in the bathroom. Hasn't failed to do its job so far, and people always comment on it.

Very cute stainless steel pedal bin for my tiny bathroom. Just what I was looking for as for size, colour and quality.

BUT.why oh why dont they make it a bit bigger..I absolutely love the design,thats why I bought it..but alas its too small for where I wanted it..

Amo los productos de simplehuman, me encanta la gama de colores que manejan, así como los acabados. Ésta es más bien una papelera, como para un baño o estudio, el metal que utilizan es bastante robusto, y hasta ahora no se ha pelado o corroído por la humedad. Por dentro viene con una papelera de plástico bastante gruesa también justa para vaciar en un contenedor más grande en caso de ser utilizado para recolectar basura inorgánica.

What a cute little trash can. I love this thing. I needed something small, stylish and discreet for under my desk. The problem I was trying to solve is disposing of tissues and other trash that accumulate while I work at my desk in my home office. My home office is also my living room-slash-kitchen-slash-dining area. It's a small room and I didn't want it to look crowded.The space under my desk is almost 4' wide and less than 2' deep. I already have my computer case under there and wanted my legs and feet to be able to move around for comfort without kicking the can, so to speak. This little flip-lid can is just perfect for the job. It's within easy reach, press the foot lever and the lid opens, drop in the trash and let the lid come down.I've been using it for a few weeks now and I haven't once kicked it or banged it with my leg. It's slightly visible from a seated position in my sofa and chair, so the red color works great because it's my accent color throughout the space. It doesn't need a trash bag, although a few come with it and you can order more. That would be a waste of money - you might as well just toss a few bills in this sweet little can if you feel you must. The plastic liner easily comes out and can be cleaned in the kitchen sink if needed. Spill its contents into the kitchen trash on your way to take the garbage out.This trash receptacle is sturdily made and has great retro style. It's very small and I can't see a use for it other than under a desk - maybe it will fit in the  Barbie Dream House  (weak attempt at humor). Even my bathroom trash container gets more garbage tossed in it than this one. I s'pose if my life wasn't as paperless as it is, I might need something bigger. Lucky for you, this can comes in a variety of sizes and colors.
