Good so far.

I started taking Astaxathin to improve my energy levels. Nutricost provided a superior product as the cost per capsule is low, but the quality is the best we have experienced so far. The capsules are pretty small and easy to swallow. I definitely notice an improvement in my afternoon energy levels with this. I can definitely recommend these capsules.

I also noted that only one softgel needs to be taken daily which suits me perfectly. This is the first time that I am trying Astaxanthin. The softgels are a dark color and easy to swallow. I have been taking this for around 10 days and I have had no problems or side effects. I will update this review once I have taken this supplement for 3 months which is a fair amount of time to expect results.
