These dried onions are a great value ! I use them at least two or three times a week. I use them when I want an onion flavor and quality in my dishes. They're a great substitute for when I'm either out of fresh onions, or I simply don't want to cut up a fresh onion. I cook for a minimum of 4 adults at each meal. When I want to use these, it's so easy. I simply put the amount I need, generally 1/4 cup of the dried onions in a small bowl. I then add about 1/3 cup of hot water to the bowl and allow it to sit and rehydrate the onions for about 15 or so minutes. I then use them, just as I would fresh onions in my dishes. Usually the water is fully absorbed by the onions, but if there is any unabsorbed water, you can either strain it off, or just add it into your dish and it will evaporate during the cooking process. I can't say that I've tasted them on their own, outside of a dish that I was using them in, but they do contribute to the dishes I've used them in. They do have a good onion aroma. I highly suggest these to keep on hand. They're very affordable and add to your dishes.

I use this on salads, roasted vegetables and fish. It adds a touch of sweetness and honey flavor with zero calories. I love it and will purchase again when I’m out.

Honey granules are so much easier to use than raw honey, especially for tea. Dissolves quickly, and there is no issue with storage!

I bought this product with the hopes I could substitute it for sugar in baking and give my baked goods a subtle honey taste. The granules are a much better alternative than regular cane sugar, but the honey flavor just doesn't come through terribly strong. However, its also excellent in a cup of coffee.
