I have tried probably 7 Cpap pillows. This one is the winner for me. It is soft but supportive and doesn't sink down too low. I have neck and shoulder issues too. The lower cut outs for the Cpap are positioned perfectly - not too high - not too close to the center of the pillow. This is more like a regular foam pillow, but with the benefit of the cut outs for your mask to hang over. I don't have to plan or strategize my roll overs from one side to the other to make sure I end up over the cut outs like with other pillows. It is a soft, dreamy feel. Some of the other cpap pillows are way too soft or way too hard or put my neck at some weird angle, or move up the bed so I am sleeping on a sliver of it. I am a side sleeper with top connecting hose and nasal pillows. This one works great. It seems many pillows work better with the face connection. I also sleep on my back and it's not too high. My regular pillow cases will fit with this one. I was skeptical if a cpap pillow would help stop leaks and have found even the bad ones help. This one almost alleviates them entirely. Definitely worth it. I had to give up my water pillow, which I love, but now love this one for the comfort and the ability to sleep more soundly as my gear isn't waking me up anymore.My runner up was the Lunberg - it is great in so many ways, but some nights my neck was cricked like it got pushed up too high and the seams seemed to push onto the strap that goes over my cheekbones, making them ache. It is a firmer more formed pillow, so if that's your thing, it might be worth a try. It comes with a cooling pillow case and I wonder if that case would have less stiff seams or if it's the pillow itself.

When I received the pillow I was a bit cautious as it "seemed" more firm than I expected. To my delight, it was perfect - firm, but very comfortable. The side cutouts are in the right place, letting the CPAP gear fall into the cutouts, keeping the pressure away from my face. The pillow allows sleeping on your back, as well as sleeping on either side. I move throughout the night sleeping on my back, and to each side. It was comfortable and the cutouts allowed me to stay longer in each position. The pillow was a comfortable temperature, keeping me from overheating. And I was able to adjust the height by removing the extra section on the bottom. I recommend this pillow - you can't go wrong, and it's the best return policy I've ever found.

I bought this pillow for my husband, as he was having a hard time adjusting to using a CPAP for the first time. It was recommended by a co-worker. It is a very nice pillow, soft and silky, and holds its shape. It seems to be helping a bit with his machine, tho we haven’t fully used the machine a full night. Still getting used to it, but worth the purchase.

Finally cave and bought CPAP pillow. When I got my CPAP gear, I resorted to sleeping on my back most of the time because if I sleep sideways, regular pillows will push against your pillow/cushions and break the seal and cause leakages. These leakages will sound like a plane is trying to land on your head.This pillow have cut outs on the side in the shape of a circle that aligns with your noise and mouth. Essentially it will support the top of your head and lower neck but will allow for a open area for your nose and mouth area to hover over the cutout. It may not work for you the first couple nights as you are learning the pillow but eventually you get use to it and you can sleep sideways.The foam material are pretty comfortable and you have an adjustable height. It is worth the purchase and I would recommend you give this a try.

The pillow is amazing! It is incredibly gentle on my neck and provided great support throughout the night. I felt well-rested and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and plan to purchase again!

Title says it all.I'm a roller - is that a word? I roll alot in my sleep and would frequently wake up to the cpap hose being wrapped around my neck.It's very supportive, in fact, my dogs try to steal it every chance they can get. I don't really care for the appearance, it's a neutral color and all I really care about is how I sleep with it. It's a good size, it's just wide enough for me to roll from one side to the other without falling off the pillow. I haven't had it for very long, only a month, but my sleep quality has drastically increased...when I remember to use the cpap at least. Even when I forget, the pillow is still amazing.It was a bit cheaper than other brands' pillows at the time I purchased it, but I think the price was very fair. It didn't have any weird smells in it, it doesn't seem to stink from my overnight sweating either. The cover is removable for washing.

Below was delivered quickly. Pillow was firm and would be great for sleeping on the side. However, with my CPAP mask, it did not work for me. Great support for a regular side sleeper or back sleeper without CPAP.
