Two weeks ago I did a road trip (about 600 miles). It was wonderful! Your cushion completely removed the issue of recently acquired chronic sacroiliac pain (SI Joint Pain).I had borrowed a car with a 6 way power driver seat for a previous 700 mile road trip and discovered that tilting the seat forward helped. My car does not have that feature, but the cushion does the trick; even better than the power seat.Your cushion is much simpler and costs a lot lot less than replacing the driver's seat with a 6-way.At the group home where I work every other weekend the dining room table is the best place to set up my laptop. But the chairs are not suitable for sitting very long, especially with my back trouble and the height of the table relative to the chair seat is not good for typing or mousing. I found that taking the cushion out of the car and using it at the table greatly improves that situation.Also, I discovered that sitting on the bleachers at the kids' ball games using the cushion not only makes it more comfortable, it keeps the backside of my pants from getting dirty. Being not entirely waterproof the foam gets damp when sitting in the rain. So, the ease of removing the foam for drying is appreciated.The one negative that I have found is that the straps need frequent readjusting because they loosen a bit.I frequently have business to do a hundred miles away, 200 round trip. The cushion makes that trip shorter because it is more comfortable. I am embarking on a 750 mile road trip tomorrow and have a 1500 mile road trip coming up in a couple months. I am very glad to have the cushion.It is definitely the best twenty-five bucks I have ever spent.

It helps bring your back up level in a bucket type seat. There is just enough elevation in the back of the seat and it gradually decreases to give the most comfort to your legs. I have is buckled around the seat and it does not move. I highly recommend it!

I genuinely wanted to like this. I was needing a booster type seat in my Jetta to compensate for the bucket seats and to help with posture and alignment of my back. This cushion was terrible I used it for about a week. During that week I found myself hunching forward and having a new back pain. The cutout for the tailbone is too large and I found that my entire bum would just kind of sink into the cutout. I only weight about 150lbs and within 20 minutes of sitting on this it was flat as a pancake, the cushions just didn't hold up. I returned this item.

I have EDS. My lower back discs around tailbone go out frequently and at times take 2 weeks or more to become functional again, where I can get out of bed and actually walk. Sitting can be extremely painful sometimes, and I am SO HAPPY to have found this 3inch wedge cushion; it lets me sit comfortably for several hours at a time, ..in my office chair, in my car drivers seat, and even sitting on the floor with this cushion. It is also awesome to bring to restaurants that have uncomfortable seats.

This cushion seems to be remarkably effective at ameliorating my sciatica while driving my car. I am tall enough that my car seat cannot go back far enough without also lowering too much. (It's a 6-way, rather than an 8-way seat.) Thus my knees would end up being somewhat elevated or my legs bent to the sides, and after 45 minutes or less behind the wheel, I'd have pains running up and down my right leg. The cushion puts me in a better position. I have yet to take a long drive, however, to see how much it helps with three or more hours driving; I'll see.

Facts: I’m a delivery driver for GrubHub. I’m almost 30 years old, female, about 5’4”, and around 170 pounds. I have thicc thighs and a big ass. I also have a mobility disability and arthritis in my right hip. I need support and comfort because I’m in my car so much working.I initially bought the Desk Jockey memory foam wedge cushion. I liked it. I wanted to love it. It just wasn’t wide enough for my ass. There was no strap to help affix it to the seat, so I kept having to adjust its position.So I paid the big bucks for this wedge cushion and it solves my “problem”!! This product even has a strap to keep it from sliding around.I can attest to the buckle-closure strap. It truly helps. I am in and out of the car every few minutes for up to six hours a day. I really like how it stays in place.
