Why did you pick this product vs others?:I live in a converted garage so i decided to go with a garage ready fridge as i am not sure how much the temperatures fluctuate since i barely moved in. It fit perfectly in my small kitchen and the deliverers brought it inside my house and were very helpful and friendly. Fridge came very well packaged. No damage or anything. Plugged it in immediately since the amazon delivery guys stated the fridge was upright all the time and never in its side and it began to cool immediately. Also runs very silently which is important for me since i have a small space. Will update if any issues but so far its perfect. Purchased May 2025

Refrigerator never cooled. Remained at room temperature despite troubleshooting efforts.Kenmore customer service was AI and completely worthless. After troubleshooting with "it" was unsuccessful, it said they could send a repairman over for $149 (or whatever the ridiculous price was). Trying to explain to this AI that I shouldn't be paying for repairs for a brand new product that never worked properly, it said it would take $30 or $50 off the repairman price (you could get more empathy from a used car salesman).Immediately requested a refund after that nonsense and went to Best Buy and bought a refrigerator there instead.Kenmore may have been a reputable brand in years past, but shouldn't be considered in any of your future purchases.

This is a basic fridge. But I went from a fridge that never performed as advertised. To this that met and even exceeds my expectations. Makes enough ice. Good space. You have to organize it yourself. Get some clear organizers to avoid stuff going bad at the back. Or shelving is barely enough so those things are helpful. There is no cover on the compressor and fan housing at the back. Keep secure from small pets that might squeeze behind it. The door sits low to the floor to be careful of bare toes!

The media could not be loaded. I'm so happy I finally upgraded my fridge to the Kenmore 33 in. Refrigerator/Freezer!! The full-width adjustable glass shelving provides flexibility to store all my groceries, while the humidity control crispers keep my produce fresh for much longer than any of my previous fridges. The ice maker works efficiently, and the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel keeps it looking sleek and clean. The storage space is incredible, easily accommodating everything I need. The only drawback for me is the lack of lighting in the top freezer, which would have definitely been helpful. Although the fridge section IS well-lit, making it easy to find everything, even in the very back. Overall, a great investment for anyone needing a reliable and energy efficient fridge!! Arrived in perfect condition, and was super easy to set-up right away. Highly recommend.

Excellent refrigerator / freezer!

The refrigerator is okay the issue was mostly with the install process. First day I made sure to be home for three hour window. They arrived but said they couldn't bring it in as it was too heavy. Second day they scratched the freezer door. Spent a good amount of time on customer service chat to no reasonable resolution. Beware on large items. It's exhausting.
