This is a potentially good TENS machine, but it’s very limited in scope because of its size.You get two pads (not one like in the photos) which makes it more helpful but they’re small and being powered by your phone also means they only have so much juice.I did try them on a sore back and I think there was a bit of improvement so it’s definitely got potential.Just a quick note: as odd as this will sound, it’s worth exfoliating anywhere you plan to place the pads - you’ll get better adhesion and the adhesion will remain through more uses.
