Helpful for Lymphedema
This is surprisingly really good quality, so smooth and buttery, with no imperfections. Has a nice comforting natural wood smell which I really like. It feels artisanal. I am using both sides of the tool, the main edge, and also the handle as the massage aid, and even the sides when doing manual lymph drainage for my Lymphie leg. The best aspect is that all sides of the tool can be used.

Useful but wood has weird smell
I love the effect this has on my skin... it is much firmer after a few days using it. The wood however has a really strange, ashy/burnt smell... I wonder if that will go away with time.
