Absolutely Delicious
Each package is full of flavor. These are incredibly easy to make, and they pair well with lots of other ingredients. I added a soft boiled egg to some (for additional protein), crunchy chili onion sprinkle (for an extra kick), as well as sesame seeds to garnish. While those are great additions, the noodles are full of flavor and don't necessarily need them. The quality is wonderful and the noodles have a fantastic texture. Each flavor packet is delicious. These are great for a quick lunch or as part of a bigger dinner. Definitely check them out.

Very good!
I really like these so far and will probably purchase again. I like fried instant noodles but wanted to eat something healthier. This is coming from someone who grew up eating Chinese noodles prepared in various ways. I will be reviewing each of them. (Will continue to update post once I've tried all flavors). All noodles have a wonderful texture. Firm, yet soft. Not soft or mushy. Hakka: Definitely can taste the soy. It's not very salty. The chili is mild, like a 2/5. I usually don't eat chili so this was fun for me. Some people might find the overall flavor to be weak. I recommend dressing it up by adding more chilli oil or delicious toppings. Mandarin: This one smelled like childhood! My mother's favorite combination for mixed noodles were sour sauce and sesame oil. I'd say this one tasted more soy than sesame. I also found this to be saltier than the Hakka.

Decent noodles!
Tasty and nice noodles..... except the Hakka sauce was a bit on the yucky side.

Definitely these noodles are really good quality!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Yes, it's too expensive. But is it that good? Yes, I believe it's really worth it. I was lucky that this recent Prime days drop the price $9.36 less. From $38.99 to $29.63: what a deal!!! I bought 2 more sets of 4. Chose the ones that I haven't tried. They are made of great quality ingredients. Would I call it healthy like the way they say? Perhaps if you compare them to all the cheap ramen out there, then yes! Think you are paying for fresh air-dried noodles. DELICIOUS 😋

These are the best dry style (not soup based) noodles I have ever purchased.
I eat a lot of Asian noodle dishes and this is by far the best tasting Dry (no soup) noodle product I have ever tasted. The sauce packet gives just the right amount of flavor and the noodles always come out tender. So glad I can get it on Amazon as it's been difficult to find locally. Both myself and my wife love this product. Edit 8/14/2019: There have been some questions asked about ingredients and nutrition info on the original flavor. The provided pictures do not show this due to a poor photo angle. I have added two photos to my review to show this information. Edit 9/04/2019: Unfortunately the reviews are not segregated for flavor. My original review was for the "Original Flavor". I am no discussing the extra spicy wit Ghost Pepper. I like heat so I love these. They are just perfect for me for a normal meal and not a challenge. You may think otherwise. I will use a scale of 1 to 5 to rate the heat level. I'm going to assume anyone looking at these is familiar with Louisiana Hot Sauce (Texas Pete, etc). Well, I consider that a level 1 on the scale. If by any chance you think Louisiana hot sauce is just right, you will not survive this. I literally drink Louisiana hot sauce. These noodles would be considered a level 3 for me. Just inside the enjoyable range that I can finish them and be happy. I have ordered and received the Onion Flavor, but have not yet tried them. I will edit and update again once I do.

simple fast high protein meal
supposed to eat 20 g of protein with every meal so to add variety I found these wonderful Roman noodles high and protein easy to fix add in veggies or whatever I want so each end up being about what additions a word from 18 to 25 g of protein which is what I need their air dry so there's no problem with taking fat and there's also no problem with they're getting rancid which happens with some things that are fried wonderful

Ramen is my go to lunch
I eat a ton of ramen noodles. My work day starts early so I want a quick lunch and a nap when I get home. If I can make this meal healthier, I will and these are a somewhat healthier alternative. They taste great, the texture is fantastic and I think they're absolutely worth the price. I add a lot of stuff on top of the flavor packet. Hot honey and mushrooms make these even better. I have these on subscription and this company hasn't let me down which is a big plus. Other companies can't seem to keep up with demand but these show up like clockwork.

These are OK: I've NOT yet tried the onion flavor
These are OK: I've NOT yet tried the onion flavor. I bought these on the recommendation of "The Ramen Rater" who raved over the onion flavor. Inadvertently I ordered this "original" flavor and they were OK. They are not "instant" noodles; you need to cook them for four minutes, drain them, then toss them in the sauce. You CAN do it in a microwave, if you have two containers and a means to collect the cooking water (I cooked them in my office and used a ramen cooking bowl and a coffee cup to drain the water. The noodles are nice and chewy and have a very satisfying texture. The flavor was a bit weak. It's nothing more than soy sauce and sesame oil. I had to add some cayenne to kick them up a bit. The sliced scallions depicted on the package are not included. If you added some meat, an egg, some scallions, sesame seeds, furikake, etc. it would be much better. When the onion flavor become available, I'll try them.

Great taste and I love that the noodles are not fried with some nasty oils. The issue, like many other reviewers is that they are not worth the 37ish price when they are 8.50 at my grocery store. They are made by the same company that makes the highly advertised Momofuku ones which are also quite expensive.
