Before I finally landed on this chair I read about a million articles with buying advice for ergonomic desk chairs, looked for second hand expensive chairs, read so many Amazon reviews. Obviously you can spend a whole lot of money on an ergonomic desk chair (even used ones), but I really didn't want to.I just bought this today, so the jury is out on long term wear, ,but I can say that the components feel solid, assembly was easy, it is *very* comfortable so far, and -- even more to the point -- VERY adjustable in so many different ways that physical therapists etc recommended in the articles I read. I am 5 foot 5; in order to put the chair at the right ergonomic height for my particular desk and keyboard, I need a footrest so my feet aren't dangling. But that would be the case with any chair in my setup. The headrest is great, the arms are soft and comfortable, the back support piece is perfect, and everything can be adjusted as you sit in it. Rollers are quiet and stable on laminate floor.The box was a good size and heavy enough (~32 lbs) to be awkward for an unfit middle aged lady to wrangle down apartment steps; however, the Amazon driver brought it straight to my door. The chair was carefully packed. Whoever wrote the assembly instructions (which are in English and Spanish) for this chair is some kind of technical writing genius -- I have never seen clearer or more easy-to-follow instructions. From slicing open the tape on the box to finished chair was 45 minutes for me. All you need for assembly is included -- also fabric gloves (for protecting your manicure? I guess?) and extra bolts and washers.Super buy. If I'd known I could get such an affordable and massive upgrade from my previous garbage chair I would have done it long ago. Great value for the money. I rarely write reviews but all the reviews I read helped me make a great decision, so here ya go.

Clear instructions, cool, and comfortable. Despite being 5', I was able to put it together by myself. Since I'm short, I need a footstool, but I need one for every chair. The head rest is made for a taller person (longer torso), so I unscrewed it and leave it hanging over the chair. I can rest my head comfortably when I lean back. I like that you can adjust the height of the arms, have the chair be able to rock/lean back; and if you do screw the headrest on, you can tilt the headrest. You can also adjust the height of the chair. It's very sturdy and heavy. I had a little difficulty putting the seat onto the bottom/stand of the chair as I'm short and petite and the chair is really heavy for me. I had to flip the chair and put the bottom part on, as I couldn't lift it and see where the opening was. Still, I did put it together alone and am sitting on it right now. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the parts were well wrapped and organized.

I wanted to give this chair a fair and honest review, so I've waited about 3 weeks before writing this. For context, I'm 5'9" tall and 230lbs, I work from home and often spend as much as 14 hours a day, 6 days a week at my desk. So my chair gets used a lot.Pros:It fits my larger frame (fat body) with ease. A lot of chairs are too narrow, this one is definitely not.Overall comfortable with the adjustable arm rests, head rests, and everything.Easy to assemble. The instructions were good and it even came with a bubble pack of screws labeled "Spare parts" which was cool.Feels good and sturdy. As mentioned, I'm a bigger guy, feeling like your in a solid, well built chair is a good feeling.The mesh back allows my back to stay cool and not sweat. I have a fan that sits behind me and the back let's a bit of breeze through, helping to keep me cool.Pivoting arm rests make pushing this under my desk a breeze.Wheels roll without issues, no hiccups in their pivot, they do what they should do, and quite well.Cost and value are really great. I was nervous about a chair as inexpensive as this, but I am really happy with my purchase.Cons:Not quite as adjustable as I would like. You can move the head rest up and down and tilt it, but not move it in and out. The arm rest pads pivot and slide in and out, but you can't adjust the height of them. You can lock the seat recline but only in the forward most position.The seat pad is less than great. At first I thought it was going to be enough but by the end of my second week I had to order an add-on cushion.The seat has a slight tilt forward when all the way forward.Overall, I'm pretty happy with this chair, and the price makes it worth owning to me.

Wish I had acted sooner to buy this chair. This is probably the most comfortable chair I have ever had. I love that the lumbar support and headrest are adjustable. Flip up arms was a must have for me and this chair delivered. Not only do the arms flip up, but the armrests are adjustable as well. The chair feels sturdy and was quite easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear. The chair is nice looking and the size is perfect for my desk. The seat is quite comfortable and a nice size. This chair is worth the money!

Very easy to assemble, all material in good shape, nothing missing, all parts fit easily. can't say enough about this chair. Very good quality. Comfortable chair, good back support, love the head rest. This is the one to purchase.

Chair was very easy to assemble. Appears to be very sturdy and is comfortable to sit in. I don't think you can find a better chair for the price, I am using it for my home office.

This is a highly comfortable office chair that's really easy to put together. The headrest, arm rest, and cushioning are all perfect for your office needs. Great price as well. Highly recommend!
