Update: The company contacted me and tried to solve this issue. They sent me a new steam generator and advised me that all of their products have a one-year warranty. Sauna is back fully functioning, and we are satisfied with customer service and the solution offered. Now that I know the warranty, I would purchase other products from the same brand.It is not worth the price. I bought it for my husband a few months ago, and he used it a couple of times a week. After three and a half months, the lid of the steam generator broke because it couldn't hold the heat. I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement. The only solution offered was to buy a new steam generator - meaning that I would have to pay +31% of the original price for another product that has zero warranty of working correctly for a reasonable amount of time - which I, in my opinion, for this price, it would be at least a year. If you are okay with purchasing this product, expect it to last up to six months. However, if you wish this product to last a bit longer than that or at least have the support to be replaced if the pieces become faulty quickly, this is not a good fit for you - as it wasn't for me.One last observation is that I couldn't find a document explaining the warranty for this product anywhere. I should have done it before buying, so I would know none.Approximated number of times used: 2x 12 weeks (3 months) = 24 times / $154 = $6.42 per use.

For reference, I purchase the Full Size Portable Steam Sauna. The setup is pretty easy as long as you take your time and read the directions. The pamphlets for the steam generator take some time to understand as I do not think an native English speaker wrote it.The chair and the bag that comes with it has a strong manufacturing odor. I put them both outside to air out for a few hours which seemed to helped.As for the product, it's great! After the filling the pot, it takes about 10-15 for the tent to fill with steam. Once I was inside, it was great. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I only stayed in for about 30 minutes and I was about to fall asleep, so I ended my session. I don't think I sweat too much, it's more of just the steam sticking to my skin. I look forward to using this a few times a week. I will update the review in a week :)**MAY 2023***Product still works as advertised. I have no complaints.

Take too long hot and the steam is not working am very disappointed People please to keep your money

Great 2 year sauna; portable and works well

I would have probably given this 5 stars had some parts not been missing. It didn’t come with the vinyl clear hoses to connect streamer to sauna, went to Lowe’s and got those myself. The floor liner sucks. It barely covers the bottom. I ended up picking up a tarp, lining the bottom with the tarp and then putting the floor liner over it. The tarp caught any excess water after use.With everything set up, yeah this thing is awesome. Waited 15 minutes for the Sauna to warm up then used it for 20 mins & 15 mins respectively. There was definitely a “new plastic” smell first few times that everyone talked about, so I would definitely recommend getting some essential oil to drip into the water. The chair it comes with while does fit me, isn’t necessarily comfortable so I’m gonna look into a shower stool or maybe even a bean bag chair I was thinking.

Coming from Europe where they fit traditional sauna routines into their daily lives, this product exceeds my expectations. The highest setting is so hot that I stay in less time. I keep it around the setting 12. I would recommend putting a towel underneath it and to wash off the walls with a mild soap because it might have a plastic type smell. After a few wipe downs, the smell is gone. Love this product!!

I have been thoroughly enjoying the sauna! I've been using it before and after my workouts! It's been an incredible way to destress, detox and step away from everything! I love that it covers the entire body and offers a great way to restore yourself daily.

Easy to set up and use! Creates good heat and steam. Highly recommend
