I was introduced to Phase while I was working at Domino's. I love anything with Butter in it, and combining butter and oil together is a win win situation in my book! I have used it for baking and it makes my cakes a little less dense. I have used it to fry chicken, and when I tell yall I just about hurt my self eating it...yall just gotta try it for yourself! It's not healthy by any means, but it's goooood! But let's be honest, if your eating fried chicken you aren't eating for health benefits anyway! So go get you some of this phase and fry that chicken and anything else you want to fry. I friend porkchops last night and was pleasantly pleased with how light and crispy my chops turned out. My daughter uses it for cooking her eggs in the morning and a couple of other things she likes to get in the kitchen and make. I put some in a squeeze bottle and I also have some in a spritzer for when I bake veggies in the oven. Again, yall I put this $*** on just about everything baked, fried, or otherwise greased! I even rubbed some on my ashy elbows thr other day on my way out of the house and noticed my elbows looked like I dipped them in the cake flour. I walked past the spritzer on the counter and said to myself, I'm not going all the way back to my room for some lotion, so I spritzed myself and kept on going out the door. Yall my elbows were buttery cute! Anyway, im not advicating for using phase as a body oil, but if you chose to, i aint mad at you! You will love using Phase for whatever you might want to use it for! Go get you some!

I ordered the wrong thing. I will use it but not what I was looking for. I wanted the liquid butter for dipping crawfish, corn, potato and so on… Thanks

Great for making popcorn

I use a lot of butter in my cooking whether it's omelet for breakfast or sautéed shrimp for lunch and was hoping it find some healthier alternative. Unfortunately I did not check the ingredients and only noticed after receiving the bottle that this is Hydrogenated vegetable oil.

I use this to substitute for butter/margarine. It is very convenient.
