At first blush you may think HODOR to be a shallow and simple minded man. You may question his writing ability and expect this book to be a slow and simple read. Well you would be wrong! Let me tell you something. Each page is an explosion of harrowing experiences and you’ll witness his resourcefulness to win the day. You simply will not be able to put this book down! This book is a miracle of hope. It literally took my breath away. It left me speechless time and time again. I was glued to this book and found myself wiping tears from my eyes. I had no idea what I was getting into when I decided to crack the cover of this book but I am SO glad I did! I am reading it for the third time now and intend on reading it again soon! This experience has lead me to intense self analysis and has helped me psychologically diagnose myself and figure out some gritty truths that professionals were unable to unravel for me. All I know is that it is greatly helping me to identify personal issues I have carried with me my entire life. I find that I am in a much more positive frame of mind after reading a single page! Do yourself a favor and buy this book! Read this book! Set it on your shelf next to the Holy Bible and tell your friends and family about it. You will not be sorry! Amazon, please re-categorize this book from autobiography to self-development! It worked for me and has honestly changed my life! Two giant, HODOR sized thumbs up!!

While he might have only been able to say his name, he is still a word smith when it comes to writing about his up bringing. He goes deep into his own life and tells us in his own words how he was raised, about his parents, and even about his first love. Nothing is off limits in this autobiography, and I mean NOTHING! From what it was like as child, to serving Bran Stark. He really goes into all of the details about his time with the Stark's, and what the future holds for him now that GOT is over. The way he explains how he over cam problemshe faced in his childhood, and used those dark times as not just a motivating force to over come his own demons, but as a powerful source of inspiration for others. I really think that this should be on everyone's list of top ten books to read, as it really is so telling.

This may well be the best book I've ever bought. Bordering on prose, this eloquently told story covers some of the most amazing tales. Hauntingly addictive, yet charming, Hodor walks you through his simple childhood all the way to his heroic sacrifice. Endearing and heartfelt, Hodor proves that he is well spoken, and a clear world builder. Soon after starting the first chapter, you'll feel as if you have warged into Hodor himself. The book includes Hodor's thoughts throughout his hero's journey, adding some much needed insight into the man. Warning: The final chapter is positively heartbreaking, and you may want to have a box of tissues handy.

Some people say that their happiest moments in life are the birth of their child or their wedding day. They have not read this book. Once you open this book you will be engulfed such a raw force of power and affection that you will sense emotions that you have never experienced before. Food will begin to taste better, colors will become more vibrant. You will become the happiest version of yourself that you have ever been, all thanks to Hodor. Personally, being selfish I can’t wait for the audiobook narrated by Morgan Freeman to come out in the fall of 2020! Having Morgan tell the tale of the great Hodor will be the most exquisite masterpiece the world has ever known.

This book was a total page turner from the beginning. I had had crippling depression, and was on the verge of committing suicide. This book was so good, that it felt as if Hodor himself jumped out of the book, and took the gun from my hand. He then proceeded to penetrate me. I didn't know I could like a man like that.

Honest review: This book has given me endless amounts of joy. This is the perfect coffee table book, the perfect conversation starter, the perfect book to share with fellow game of thrones fans. I have a great amount of respect for the author who dared to publish a book such as this. 5 stars. Be warned, if you have not read or seen game of thrones, trust me, you WILL be disappointed by this book. And always remember, Hodor.

Beautiful, heartbreaking, funny... it encompasses every emotion I thought possible and showed me some I had never experienced. This book is a masterpiece. It has everything. You start wondering what has happened to the tragic figure of Hodor. And then through the incredible prose, you realize that you are Hodor - and Hodor is you. We are all Hodors waiting to burst forth. This book is no work of fiction, it is a national treasure.

One of the most riveting books I’ve ever seen I did not realize the depth Of emotion exuding from the well written body of work. Chapter 2 is probably the best and most compelling and the ending was quite unexpected.
