Great Customer Support!
Our Hornbill gate handle stopped working after several months. It turns out that weatherproof isn’t rainproof (putting a rain shield over the new one). Tara was super responsive and I had a new locking handle in hand within a few days. I think the new one also is improved as the fingerprint scanner is 100% reliable. Installation remains straightforward. TTLock App is good too, with many features.

Not durable. Fingerprint scanner does not work well.
The handle has become very loose and I have to push it in to get it to engage when trying to open the door. The fingerprint scanner does not work well. The battery cover pops off frequently.

Change Batteries, now I cannot use the lock
I changed the batteries, and now the lock will NOT work. I called and got an answering machine at customer service. I am going to have to buy a new lock after just 9 months? Customer service (broken Chinese English email) wanted me to jump through about 10 hoops to simply make the lock work again after just changing the batteries, ie... take videos and pictures... I tried to just reset the lock and start again (which, in and of itself was not easy), to no avail. Now... I have to remove the junk lock and install a new one. I bought an Schlage.

I had an issue with the latch and lock team was able to help me find new latch and after installing it, its good as new. Very smooth process , couldn’t be happier!! A++++++++

Great product and support
I loved this item and has been working since I bought in 2022. Motor went bad , but customer support granted a replacement despite being just out of warranty. Thank you ! Will purchase again

Keys and customer service
The lock works great however good luck finding key blanks to have keys made. It would be nice to have a few extra made for when temps lower to the point the lock doesn’t work. The blank seems to be an odd size, I assume to ensure I have to buy blanks from the manufacturer. I keep trying to call them and am repeatedly sent to voicemail. Sure would be nice if they’d answer the phone.

COLD WEATHER BEWARE
WAS VERY HAPPY TILL COLD WEATHER, SUDDENLY WILL NOT WORK. CHANGED BATTERIES AND WORKED A FEW DAYS. CHANGED AGAIN AND A FEW DAYS. MORE EXPENSIVE LOCK THAT CANNOT FUNCTION IN MIDSOUTH COLD WEATHER.
