Product was as expected- quality materials, drys quickly after use and I like the cotton lining is removable. I’m new to bread baking and the baskets make that process easier. This was a good purchase for the price

My old banneton molded because I was putting the dough directly into it. I won’t be making that mistake again. I’m using the cloth cover to shield the bowl. And putting my rice flour on the cover then inserting my dough. I’ve done a few loaves now, and it’s been working perfectly, as I wash the cover after each loaf. Having the traditional loaf shape basket is really convenient for a change of pace from the usual rustic style loaf. The baskets seem to be in good quality, the wood is fairly smooth and feels nice. Having two baskets is definitely better than one!

This proofing basket is a fantastic addition to my sourdough baking routine. It’s well-made, holds its shape, and helps create beautiful artisan loaves with a perfect crust. The linen liner is high quality, and cleanup is easy. Great value for beginners and experienced bakers alike!

Usable products for bread baking. My one complaint is it would have been nice to have some guidance instructions instead of having to look at utube videos for instructions. Like how to use instrument with the blades. I finally figured it out.

I don't know why I waited so long! I love having these for forming Sourdough rounds and loaves. Great price and great quality.

I bought these to help me on the road to becoming a sourdough baker, and I have found them to be a valuable tool in enabling me to bake the loaves I want. Recommend prepping the baskets before use with water and rice flour to prevent sticking. I do this every use and have never had an issue.

It’s great, I can’t fault it. I’m fairly new to bread making but I found the basket light and easy to use. Makes a nice pattern on bread. The scorer is a must have. So much better than a knife. The scrapers come in handy too. It’s well made. Seems good quality.

Very good quality baskets, would recommend. The liner however isn’t lint free and bobbles after 1 wash. It’s best to use your own clean tea towel covered in flour.

I have just received it and I can tell you from A to Z the material is heavy duty not temu quality. I find it worthy the price and the quality. Maybe you look for more things like a brush to clean the wood or the tools liked the iron cast silicone bread mat but you can buy them alone in general I love it and recommend it.
