Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 1TB, Silver - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I was a little hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this iPhone 14 Pro totally exceeded my expectations. It arrived in great condition—honestly, I couldn’t even tell it wasn’t new. No scratches, no dents, and the screen was spotless.Performance-wise, it runs flawlessly. Battery health was at 100%, which was a nice surprise, and everything works just like it should—camera, Face ID, speakers, etc. It also came well-packaged and included a charging cable.For the price, this was a fantastic deal. If you’re on the fence about going with a renewed iPhone, I’d say go for it. Mine has been perfect so far.

Bought it for my mom’s mother’s day present. The phone is amazing. 100% Scratch Free. No knicks no cracks NOTHING. Phone is clean. 100% Battery Health. Unlocked, The Sound quality is amazing. Clearest camera EVERRRR

Great phone , camera is great i love how light it is in my hand. No scratches, battery is 100% the only problem is the battery life isnt so great i think the iphone 11 had better battery life and this was a upgrade from that phone. But overall i love it for the camera and graphics.

I bought the iPhone 14Pro. It is beautiful and didn’t have a scratch on it. It looked brand new. The packaging was very nice and the charging cable and adapter was included. I was very happy with it. However, immediately after turning on the phone, the screen went black and would not come back on, so I had to return it.Amazon said they offered free returns. What they didn’t tell me was that in order for me to return it and get my $835.42 back I’d have to either stay home from work or have someone come to my house because I wasn’t permitted to take and drop the phone off at a UPS location. They had to send someone to pick it up from my house. So, I missed an entire day of work which cost me almost $400.00 and the UPS driver never showed up. I called UPD only to find out 1, that Amazon hadn’t notified them of the pickup and 2, the Return Authorization Slip that Amazon emailed me that was supposed to ensure the returned product was credited back to my credit card in case the mailing label had gotten damaged was invalid. So, apparently, if someone would have picked up the phone and damaged the mailing label I would not have had my money refunded.I called Amazon back to tell them what UPS told me. Amazon’s solution was to start the return process all over again. Meaning that I would have to miss another day of work in order to wait for UPS to pick up the phone. I told them that was absolutely unacceptable. The customer service rep was adamant that that was my only option and it wasn’t until I got angry and insisted they email me a return label, so I could drop it off at a UPS store that they finally agreed to do so.I printed off the label and repackaged the box with the new Return Authorization Slip (I hope it’s valid this time) and dropped it off at UPS.I HOPE my money is refunded without issue even though they told me it could take up to 40 DAYS to do so.

Product arrived in great condition if not new like condition. Although, I had to return mine due to the software glitching upon set up. Had to restart factory settings multiple times. If that was not the case, I would have kept the product. Battery health was at 94% which is great. Doesn’t hurt to order and take a chance if you are eyeing this. I say go for it if you are considering but just check battery and software issues if any

It’s pretty good kinda iffy at first but it works perfectly fine no scratches or dents no had a small issue with my carrier but it was fixed the next day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:First time trying a renewed device from Amazon..Honestly I did not knw what to expect but after seeing it..I am amazeeeed. It came spotless with 100% battery health..My friend ordered a 15 pro max and his also came spotless with 92% battery health..Renewed Premium definitely lives up to its name literally.
