I love it

I have had this scooter for a little over two months and I really like it, it is very smooth to ride, the directional paddles are amazing, very efficient and the battery lasts a lot.

Bad customer service

Do not buy this product if something malfunctions they will not respond or want to help. Obviously it’s overseas but they do not want to help you. My scooter won’t take a charge anymore after only two months and Jessica in the customer service department has reached out but at the most inconvenient times while I’m at work and when I try to call back it simply says all reps are busy and it hangs up. Stay away from this brand.
