Thought this might be a gimmicky, low power weak motored hair tool but not wanting a bare skinned, head shaved I gave it a try. And I was blown away! Motor feels very powerful and it reciprocates instead of just spinning in a circle. Acts like a real pair of pro clippers! My VERY first use and it only took 3 minutes and it was exactly the look and ease I was going for. I wanted a fast way to keep up with my hair like I do with my beard. This did the trick! I took the guard off annd just used it straight on my head annd it is PERFECT! And it massages your head at the same time! I’m already looking forward to my next hair maintenance routine now! Instead of having to wait for my hair to grow out to the old man horse shoe so my clippers can cut it again. THANK YOU for making this product! A balded man’s dream come true! :)

The instructions included with the package say the combs allow cutting as short as 3mm, but the combs are only designed for a shortest length of 5mm. The online description does say 5mm, so that description is accurate. Since I prefer a shorter cut, I am using the device without the comb, which works well and cuts very close. With be at 3 mm in a day or two, so no worries, LOL. Otherwise, this trimmer works very well and gives a nice head message while you are trimming.

Love it! Very easy to use and gives me a perfect (for me) cut. I like my hair short and the longest length for the top and longest of the shorter guard is perfect for sides and back. Did I say fast...only takes a few minutes so now I do mine every other week.

PSA: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! Unless you are employed as a clown, get off on humiliation or enjoy looking stupid for some other reason skip this purchase and buy a regular pair of clippers. I promise you that you will not just swirl this thing around your head and have a perfect cut, it cuts unevenly and gouges even with the guard on. If all you want is a single length short cut to hide your bald spot, figure out how to do it yourself with regular clippers or get exactly one (1) person in your life to like you enough to do it for you. The most useful thing in this kit is the small bottle of oil you can use to service your regular clippers to mitigate the damage you do to your appearance with this horrible contraption. If these things are so great and easy to use ask yourself why you’ve never seen one in a barber shop or hair salon. Finish this sentence: if something seems too good to be true ________________.

Works great it is going save me a lot of money on haircuts

Battery cannot be replaced, stopped working within 5 months. Was very satisfied before it just stopped! There is a pamphlet that indicates battery should be able to be replaced! Not going to happen! Watertight means no access! I'll go back in utilizing the Remington Shortcut Pro Self-Haircut Trimmer Kit, Waterproof Cordless Electric Razor I bought in April 2021. Not able to change its battery either but defiantly got my money worth!
