I’ve tried so many different fiber supplements over the years, but this is the first one that actually works for me. I bought this product on the recommendation of my DIL who is a registered dietitian. I had tried the popular orange fiber powder, but I wanted something that I could put in my morning tea or coffee. I am very happy with this product. It dissolves instantly AND completely when mixed with either hot or cold liquids. It is unflavored, which is another plus. It has helped with "regularity" and it contains 6 grams of fiber which is more than other products I considered. I have not had any issues with bloating or gas.

Works well and is approved by my integrative medicine doctor. The taste is mild and much better than MiraLAX. It dissolves easily with a mini stick blender. I use it in water or my protein shake.

I’m new to the Sunfiber routine. This is the third I’ve tried. It is the best price of the three and works for constipation efficiently. However, it doesn’t dissolve as easily as some. It’s a nice and gentle to your system fiber as it does not cause bloating problems like the very popular brand in the orange container

I’m on day 3 of using Sunfiber and already noticing some improvement. I have SIBO and feel less gut discomfort so far. It doesn’t dissolve 100% completely in water, but the small particles don’t bother me and it’s easy to drink. There’s a mild taste, which I actually like. Overall, it’s easy to take and seems helpful so far. I’d recommend giving it a try if you have gut issues.

I thought I'd try this less expensive version of Sunfiber supplement to save money. However, the packaging is terrible. After removing the seal that holds the cap on, a bunch of the fiber powder fell out all over my counter. Couldn't figure it out cause the cap was still on. Just poor design. The product is not as finely milled as the more expensive brand I previously purchased. It does dissolve ok in water but I just add it to my smoothie.

This is a very gentle fiber. It is low FODMAP if you have a sensitive stomach. I found this after I developed post infectious IBS (triggered by food poisoning). My digestion was reactive to psyllium but this was ok. It also dissolves much easier in water and tastes very neutral (barely any flavor). Even as I've healed from IBS, I will continue to use this fiber because it is so easy to take. Highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to add extra fiber to your diet.
