Very good as leg warmers or wrist warmers or foot warmers to be worn with slippers. Can be cut to desired size. Also give sufficient compression depending on where you use it.

I had some foot pain which kept me from running for about 2 months. I was popping Naproxen & Tylenols for 2 months & it was not helping. I don't like going to doctors and read about practicing Rest, Ice, Compression & Elevation (RICE) to help with knee & foot pain. I never believed that this $8 wrap will help, but it did. All it took was 3 weeks of icing my foot, using this wrap with some Tiger Balm and resting it. After 3 weeks I was able to run again. I was truly scared that I was going to need surgery or wasn't going to be able to run again, but thanks to this bandage I am now good to go again. PS: Make sure that you apply the bandage the way that it says on the instructions. I didn't follow the instructions the way it said & woke up with some pain in my foot. I didn't overlap the bandage correctly and it put too much pressure on my foot.

Great bandage if you want even, mild compression - just what i was looking for. I had a bad break lower ankle with rod and plate insertion, and was non-wt bearing for 2 mos. I did not want use ace wraps, so this bandage was perfect, and long enough to cover from toe to high thigh, which is what i was looking for, as an aid for mild to mod swelling. For extra compression, i just doubled it up. It can be easily cut to whatever length is needed. Very handy product.
