As per my experience it is useful and good product for hair regrowth.So True derma roller work by creating tiny slit or microchannels in the skin when rolled over the targeted area. These micro-injuries activate the body's natural healing response, including increased blood circulation and the release of growth factors, which may potentially support hair growth. but i was faced same temporary reaction, much like threading and other activities that irritate the skin for a little time, but it's beneficial in the long run.
