Great quality cheese grater with built in cheese catcher! This worked so well and it was plenty sharp for my fancy hard cheese wedge. It doesn’t slip while grating hard cheeses and reduced the hand cramping I had with my prior grater. Item is great. It gives multiple options to cut, shred, zest and grate. Very sturdy. The cup attachment is very useful. It captures all the items you are shredding. I replaced my simple one sided grater. I have used it a lot since acquired.beasy to clean as well.

I have not owned a square shredder before, but remember my mother used to have one. I have been struggling with a flat one for years. I love the design and quality of this one. The silicone base prevents movement. The container collects and stores the shredded material, it even has a top on the container to keep it fresh. So far I’ve tried carrots, and Parmesan cheese. This will actually save money by using bulk cheese and whole carrots, instead of pre shredded. Quality appears to be very high.

Great cheese grater! The attachment on the bottom for holding the cheese actually does make it a little more difficult to use (could just be what I’m used to though). But I love that it comes with storage, and I really like the silicone cover for the bottom, it keeps the grater from sliding around!
