TRESemmé Alcohol-Free Gel Extra Hold for 24H Frizz Control, with Pro Lock Technology, 5 oz

I use very little "product" in my medium length hair but occasionally need something for one of those bad hair days. I experimented with only a small, pencil erassor size drop and thined with water for first application trial. I end up with only a half pencil erassor size and a couple drops of water for good retention and no look of greasy product in the hair. I would expect this tube to last me a year, so for the cost is a great deal. No real scent recognized. Product seems to be high quality and should hold down curls and should be fine for lengthy hair. Size of the container is more than adequate.

I found this product to replace another product, which became very difficult to find. Things turned out better than I expected as the product from TRESemme is better than my former one. The gel holds hair well without being tacky. The result is a more natural looking hair style. Priced well, my order was handled efficiently.

Excellent, cheap, and not super strong. Great for a perm and short hair. Lasts all day and sticks well.

The only thing that seemed accurate about the description of this product was that it was a gel based product. The part about the extra hold is perplexing. I’ve bought two of these because of their convenience size, but I am deeply unimpressed with its performance. Yes, it puts gel into your hair, but no, it doesn’t hold or control or anything of that sort.

I use this after I wash my hair and like the way it sets my curls and stays in all day even after you sleep on it. The hold stays pretty well
