Really like this chair. It is very comfortable and the adjustable lumbar support really does make a difference. It was very easy to put together and once finished I found it really sturdy. I also like that the arms can be folded up as it can be tucked under my desk. Overall good value for money

Not too difficult to put together and certainly worth it for the price as it is a very comfortable chair with good height control. Ideal for working from home

After a week of 9-5 usage: Pros: -Easy to assemble, and I usually hate these things. It took me a half hour as per the estimate given but I could do it again in a breeze. -Well padded, very comfortable. I had to use an ergonomic coccyx cushion with my old chair and there's been no discomfort at all without it. Padded armrests. The adjustable lower back support is a nice feature too, I dialled it in a bit for a slightly firmer feel. Large seat area. The mesh-style backrest should come in handy on hot summer days. -Solid legs, no flimsy lightweight stuff, and no creaking. -Looks good. -Great price. Cons: -Tilt function isn't lockable -Armrests could be a tad higher for me although they do the job well enough in the proper seated position with my back straight. Adjustable would be better of course. A note re assembly, when I went to attach the backrest in between the armrests there was an alarming gap initially of over an inch and I thought there was a manufacturing fault, but turning the screws brought it all snuggly together without using too much force, so no cause for alarm after all. My only question now is with the air rod/cylinder thingy because that's what gave way with my previous chair, but I have no reason at all to doubt the quality given all the pluses here. Best buy around right now if you ask me. The seller even delivered it within 24 hours - on a Sunday!

I am so, so impressed with this chair! First of all, it is comfy and robust, something I wasn't sure would be the case at the price point. It was well packaged, comes with first class fasteners in a blister pack, some cotton gloves and a really good allen key with a handle! The instructions were clear...Absolutely recommended!

After 8 years I have replaced my home office chair when the castor mountings succumbed to metal fatigue. This one was a bit daunting as I pulled to component parts from the box but the instructions were clear and simple and it took me 20 minutes to assemble (a tip: follow the instructions but leave the bolts holding the arms a bit loose until the back is in place). Appearance 10/10, comfort 10/10 (the lumbar support is adjustable by strength and height. Height adjustment is smooth and easy). Value for money 10/10, if it lasts as long as the last one I shall be happy. Two nice touches: the tool included was a step up from the usual hex key and the spare bolts and washers were thoughtful (though superfluous). Also it doesn't creak like a clipper in the wind.

The Durrafy office chair is nice, sturdy and comfortable. It us a good replacemen. Its adjustable armrests and lumbar support help me fine-tune the setup so my posture stays relaxed rather than compressed by long hours at the desk. The mesh back keeps airflow moving which feels refreshing during longer work. Height adjustments are smooth letting me align the chair with my desk easily. The seat cushion holds its shape well and stays comfortable. I also appreciate the chair’s quiet wheel movement. It glides without squeaking that might distract others. In a busy office environment this chair fits in perfectly.

This is reasonably comfy as chairs go, but the back doesnt tilt/adjust as expected so it doesnt meet the intended purpose. It is OK for sitting for shorter periods but no good for people wanting an adjustable chair. We thought it was faulty and they sent out a replacement part, but it was no different. The return process was an absolute nightmare - once assembled it was impossible to disassemble - despite following all of the sellers instruictions. We were instructed to package it up for courier collection but as it couldnt be disassembled it wouldnt fit back in the original box so I had to use pretty much all of my own bubble wrap and tape. We waited in and the courier never turned up. In the end Amazon told us to keep it and dispose of it ourselves (thanks a lot, no compensation for a 10 mile round journey to the household recycling centre)

Excellent quality, really comfortable, and still Looking great after several Months use, so am anticipating this chair will do me for a good few years! It moves well and adjusts according to how you like your chair positioned. We liked this chair so much we have bought a second!
