Great quality fish oil supplement! I have never had any fishy smell from these capsules. Seems to be a great quality supplement. Hard to tell how well it works because the health benefits from supplements are sometimes unseen as they work inside you. However, with the cheaper oils, you get cheaper quality. You may have fish burps with those supplements which will make you want to stop taking them altogether. Do yourself a favor and get a quality brand like Muscle Pharm.

I just started using this fish oil. There was no fishy smell out of the jar. The pills are large but easy to swallow. It has 2000 mg of fish oil but the ratio is 8:6 EPA:DHA. Eicosapentaenoic acid and Docosahexaenoic acid have been studied for their potential health benefits for years. These studies include the heart, brain, joints, diabetes, mood, etc. I personally have taken fish oil for almost 20 years, after reading the work of Dr. Andrew Stoll while he was at Harvard. I will continue to take it for life. However, I personally like a much higher ratio of EPA:DHA than this offering from MusclePharm. I will make it my daily fish oil, and report back in a month when the bottle is empty and adjust my score if necessary. However, 4 stars for now for being easy to swallow, having a good color, high Mg per capsule, and not smelling fishy out the bottle.

Good quality

These are a good option for an Omega 3 supplement. The pills are gel and on the large size but no larger than other fish oil pills. There isn't a fish oil scent from the pills or a taste / burp from taking these. This is a 30 day supply. There are 60 pills but the serving size is 2 pills to get to 2000 mg of fish oil. The pill bottle also has a tamper seal around it.

The bottle came with a security seal around the lid. This fish oil is the ethyl ester form. These are a good strength fish oil. The capsules are pretty much standard size for fish oil capsules, fairly large. No fishy taste or smell and no aftertaste with them. The con is that it doesn’t say where they are made.

Almost no fishy smell from the bottle - so the product should be fresh. However this is a 30 day supply, so it's a bit expensive. The label says nothing about how the fish oil is sourced and what steps are taken in processing to remove contaminants like mercury.
